* Degree in Psychology/ Law/ Human Resources Management or related discipline
* Minimum 8 years of Human Resources Management experience preferably in retail industry
* Excellent knowledge Indonesia Labor Law, Payroll, Employee Tax and General Affairs
* Exposure in performance management, career development
* Experience in industrial relations management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate to all level internally and externally
* Strong sense of responsibilities and analytical skills.
* Good leadership skills
* Excellent for both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
* Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office application and internet
