Liaising with all internal departments to gain feedback and provide solutions to any issues identified during their daily transaction.
Regularly review existing process flow to ensure the most effective and efficient process has been put in place.
Involve in reviewing and designing the new process flow of any new product or service
Business project involvement as the representative from the Operation at any projects arise
Promote risk and control awareness and compliance requirement through out the Bank Operation Division.
Minimize financial loss to the bank by implementing effective internal policy & procedures.
