SME Credit Analyst Leader (CA)

Responsibilities:

*  Lead and manage the SME Credit Analyst in his/her region to achieve consistent and good quality of analysis
*  Provide training to the SME Credit Analysts to improve their knowledge and skills
*  Regularly implement the credit policies and procedures as guideline in his/her team
*  Maintain and monitoring work flow in Credit Application
*  Able for reviewing and monitoring the Non Performing Loan portfolio
*  Taking up a full role of voting member of the Regional Credit Committee
