Responsibilities:
Manage overall Verification & Activation process toward customers
Manage Outsourced Verification & Activation partner/agencies
Establish and update/maintain the Business Process or Procedures related to Postpaid Verification & Activation products/services in NTS
Analyst & monitor the Verification & Activation performance and then give recommendation for Postpaid Verification & Activation process, procedure, and policy improvement
Be responsible for producing a monthly report on all related Postpaid Verification & Activation business aspect
Be responsible to monitor and report the quality of all Postpaid Verification & Activation process and execution.
Managing the Field visit related to Verification & Activations
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from Economy, Finance, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science
3 years experience in Managing Verification & Activation
Good knowledge in sales and marketing, specially on Customer Focus, Competitor, and End User Understanding, Customer Relations Management (CRM) and Negotiation
