* Excellent for both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
* Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office application and internet

Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself,grow the talent pool,select key talent,and talent pool development program.
Having an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team.
Recommend external speaker/ trainer to conduct training sessions internally.
Responsible for all management of training administration & talent management, activities as well as development for the Group.
Possesses knowledge in the areas of Talent Management, People and Organizational Capabilities, Measurements, Management & Leadership Development as well as Employee Related Survey.
Fluent in English, both oral and written. Mandarin is an advantage.
