POSITION PURPOSE
* Plant equipment/asset maintenance to increase reliability and performance efficiency, while minimizing unscheduled/unplanned breakdown / plant interruptions.
* Inventory management/ warehousing/ spare parts management: Ensure, establish and enable that inventory and spare parts are maintained at proper level, to minimize, if not eliminate, unwarranted downtime due to lack of parts.

EHS: Execute and champion Cargill environment, health and safety procedures in maintenance department and plant operations
* Maintenance & Reliability: Design the Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance program, and champion the execution/implementation of the program
* Equipment specifications: Provides input to Plant Manager in reviewing existing specification and design criteria to fit best-known design/technology (provide inputs from history and experience).
REQUIREMENTS
