Lowongan Customer Service PT. Aldmic Indonesia - Jakarta Barat

Lowongan Customer Service PT. Aldmic Indonesia, an international flowers and gifts E-commerce. 

Responsibilities:
Handle general inquiries from customer
Respond to inbound phone and email from customers
Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on transactions
Liaise with internal units to ensure that transactions are settled promptly and accurately
Identify and fulfill customers’ need appropriately
Provide support to processing team
Effectively answer customers’ transaction enquiries as well as take ownership to resolve customer issues
Record all customer interaction in our Customer Relationship Management System.

Requirements:
Preferable Male
Max 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Pleasant voice tone and pitch
Customer Services / Call Center experience is an advantage
Candidate who can start Immediately advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Shifting
Willing to work over time to finish deadlines
