We are an International company providing Third Party Medical Claims Administration (TPA Services) and International Medical Assistance (IMA Services) to insurance companies and corporate clients.

Currently we are looking for the best dynamic and skillful people who are highly motivated to be part of our team which will be located in our Jakarta office in the following capacities:MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Responsibilities:
Initiate projects related to all departments in the company
Review proposals and negotiate
Monitor the execution of projects up to completion
Involve in company planning (financial & non-financial) and control to protect company’s assets and profitability
Working with other departments in handling managerial issues that can relate with internal and external parties
Evaluate the work of other departments

To ensure your success on this position you will possess the following attributes and experience:
Male/ Female, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good Command of English (Oral & Written), other language is advantage (specially Japanese Languange).
Ability to independently plan, organize and priorities work
Ability to work as a team
Ability to solve problem
Able to work under pressure
Exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook
Good time management
Willing to travel (nationally and internationally)
