PT Berlina Tbk is group of well known plastic manufacturing industries in Jabotabek, East Java and China, established in 1969. In accordance with our business challenge, we need qualified and competence people to join our company for the following positions:

Customer Service

Main Responsibilities:

  • To follow up order and ensure the order sent to us as per our requirements (e.g. quantity, quality, timelines and specification)
  • To monitor delivery performance and smooth order releasing both from supplier or production
  • To clarify problems with customers in relation to slow payment/disputes and other operating matters to ensure orders can be processed without delay and to improve DSO (day sales outstanding)
  • To response and ensure the customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • To coordinate with sales team, other departments, suppliers and other ticket center to ensure the print quality and customers’ requirements are met
  • To handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standard.
  • To communicate with sales team and key vendors regarding the latest development of the customers and to maintain updated customer profile information

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree holder;
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience;
  • Ability to handle large volume of business transaction;
  • Experience in marketing, merchandising or customer services is an asset;
  • Independent, great attention to details and customer oriented; can work under pressure, energic, fast learner
  • Good communication skill in English & local language.
