BRANCH OFFICER

The jobholder will be responsible for:
Providing support to the Director, Managers and administrative support to the Department;
Consolidating data and reports for use of the department
Key external relationships and internal corporate divisions and its leadership
Planning and organizing various functions and events
To formulate and implement effective business strategies to increase and help the organization grow the business in the region
Managing and supervising the daily business operations
To lead a team of highly motivated staff

Education and Experience:
The successful candidate job should possess a university graduate in human resources, finance, business administration or a related field.MBA preferred. At least 2 years experience in a similar area of responsibility whether in corporate or government/public enterprise.

Qualitative Requirements:
The Branch Officer must have the ability to understand the firm's business, because he/she will manage the Office of the CEO and is the CEO’s extension.
Must be anticipative and empathetic to the needs of the CEO.
Powerful abstract and reasoning skills
Discrete and vigilant due to the sensitivities of the position
A good manager of information and people
Proven policy writing and communication skills
Powerful presentation and public relations skills
Must have initiative and the ability to work independently
Strong collaborative capabilities.
Available to travel internationally as required by the specific projects and activities.
Outgoing personality
Income $ 1100 - $ 1800 exclude other basic benefits
