Work within Jakarta to achieve or exceed sales plan in key customers accounts
Coordinate with other members within the Kennametal enterprise (Advanced Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to maximize the value delivered to and sales realized from target accounts.
Arrange tests and demonstrate the performance and suitability of the Kennametal product range in support of capturing new sales and penetrating targeted accounts.
Visit targeted accounts on a regular basis to build relationships with key contacts, maximize sales and service levels.
Maintain and manage all Kennametal inventory located on customers’ premises (Con Stock – Test Tooling)
Submit reports and requested information in a timely manner and in the requested format and travel with other Kennametal employees on specific assignments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing field in competitive environment in the automotive/metal cutting/technical manufacturing industry
Ability to speak English
Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows/ Office environment
Possess strong leadership qualities, good communication & interpersonal skills, analytical approach & strategic mind and should be able to raise the performance bar in challenging assignments
Possess own transport and willing to travel within South Asia region when required
