Responsibilities :
* Creative concept development
* Space planning
* Design conceptualization
* 3D rendering skill/ able to draw quick sketch
* Materials & color scheme specifications
* Involvement in presentations and managing client’s expectations.
* To attach completed project reference, ie : detailed working drawing, hand sketch, 3D image & photos of completed project.
Requirements :
* Positive attitude and results oriented, strong communication skills and hard working with a pleasant & positive attitude quality
* A minimum experience of 5 years in similar position
* A recognized degree (S1) in interior design preferred
* Posses good computer knowledge and skills of CAD, 3D Max, Power Point and Photoshop
* High creative, self motivated, hard worker and should be able to work under high pressure and long hours to meet deadline
* Strong concept development and design detailing ability
* Required language(s): english and bahasa indonesia
